TAKE BACK THE REINS !

Follifoot Park Riding Centre has been asked to run a pilot for the British Equestrian Federation’s Hoof Project (part of the London 2012 Legacy Project)!

 “Take Back the Reins” is a new program to encourage lapsed and new riders to get back in the saddle.

Your goal after a period of tuition may be to take a stroll on your horse on the bridle path or to have a taste of the Olympic Disciplines of Dressage or Show Jumping.

 The program lasts for 7 weeks . The seven week course will be £86.50 for half hour sessions or £133 for hour sessions.

A HUGE welcome to our new pony  GEORGE. ! You will be able to see him on the yard ( although you may need to stand on a block to see over his door !)  and doing lessons. His favourite time of the day is when he gets to play in the indoor arena with his new friends Sidney, Hercules, Tommy and Elmo.

We would like to say a MASSIVE

to all who helped the yard raise money so we could get Mirrors for the Indoor arena.

 

They arrived over the New Year and were installed by

Malcolm Spink.

The horses and ponies have shown great interest in the mirrors and everytime they look in them they are wondering where have these new ponies come from ha ha !!
